WOW Angry Custome..NOT MY EXPERIENCE..Terressa is super PRO ACTIVE.....do your own due diligence and PICK UP THE PHONE and call her instead of being so negative ad you DONT EVEN KNOW HER...she handles my Home and Auto and is GREAT!!!..NP FRAUD..Ive met her a number of time and er Office staff.....

Back in March I was with another insurance agent that just randomly left, and pawned off all of her customers onto another agent. This agent, I have come to find out is this Terressa Montgomery woman. I still have no idea who she is, or why she is getting my money. I still have yet to receive an email or phone call regarding who she is or why my insurance went up $50 a month. This woman sure seems like a fraudster, and she should be ashamed of herself, doing the exact same thing to at least four other households that I know of.

I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service from our agency. This is the third time you have posted negative comments towards Farmers of Burien in a social media setting and frankly, I am confused. When I officially took over the agency early in April, the Farmers sent letters and introductory emails to the customers on my behalf. Many customers have since told me the letters resembled junk mail, so they did not open them. My staff has since sent out hundreds of emails alerting customers of upcoming renewals and offering appointments for annual reviews and just last month, I sent another email to every customer with a valid email address on file. I also send birthday cards to my customers. After seeing your comment, I searched my customer database and I do not have anyone in my records with your name. Perhaps, there is a problem on our side with your contact information. I invite you to call anytime so that we can work together to make sure you are treated with the respect and courtesy you have earned as a customer. If you are having concerns or problems with your coverage, we can’t help you if we can’t find you. My staff and I are happy to assist you in working to find take advantage of all available discounts.
