BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS COMPETITION AND SAFEBUTLER’S USER STANDARDS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this contest, you must be at least 18 years of age and living in the U.S. at the time of submission. Participants must submit an entry form on www.safebutler.com/biggest-claim-2020 in order to qualify for consideration. Submissions are limited to one entry per person. Submissions must be real photos with real claims that participants have made with their insurance companies. Photos found to be doctored or claims found to be fake will be disqualified from the contest.
By submitting, users agree to share information about the cost of the claim with SafeButler. This numerical figure will not be shared with the public and remain internal information. Any submission or claims costs found to be falsified or based on false information will be disqualified. Any use of fake emails, bulk emails, or fictitious identities are not allowed. Any other promotion in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial messages or “spam” in SafeButler’s sole discretion is expressly prohibited. SafeButler may delay a reward for the purpose of investigation. We reserve the right to refuse to issue rewards for any reason.
Competition Guidelines
The contest will begin on 12/12/2020 and end on 12/24/2020. Any submissions received outside of this time frame will not be accepted. There will be two winners for this competition: Biggest Claim and Disaster-piece. The Biggest Claim winner will be decided upon by the SafeButler team based solely on the highest dollar amount for claims costs. The Disaster-piece winner will be decided upon through a lottery. Each submission guarantees one entry into the drawing.
Participants may share their entry and the contest on their social media using the hashtag “#NoClaimNoGain” for additional entries. Every post counts as an additional entry. Up to 3 entries per participant. Posts must be done organically. Any posts found to be spam or done by a bot will be disqualified. If a contest entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, they will be disqualified and ineligible to win any prizes. Contest winners will be notified of their results within 14 days of the closing date of the competition. The results of the contest will be announced on our website within 14 days of the closing date of the competition.
Usage and Privacy
Participation in this competition must require participants to submit information about themselves. The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with SafeButler’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.safebutler.com/policy. By making a submission, you authorize us to collect, store, use, distribute, and publish the following materials of your submission: any images or videos submitted, your name, and your city. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you grant us permission to identify you as the author of your competition entry.
Reservation of rights
SafeButler reserves the right to cancel all related rewards if we determine in our sole discretion that the competition entrant has tampered with the program or used or attempted to use the program in a fraudulent, abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike or otherwise suspicious manner or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation. Additionally, SafeButler reserves the right to cancel the program or change these Terms and the conditions and methods through which rewards may be won at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion.
