The second floor features the kitchen, living room, half bath, formal entry and a semi private deck. The third floor has 2 bedrooms with each having its own bath/shower. The stairway from the garage to the second level is shared with the adjacent unit. The unit for rent was completely remodeled. It has all new appliances, new countertops, new cabinets, new vanities, and new flooring.
